Calathea Roseopicta

When plant angels were given a couple of paint buckets, they played with Calatheas. The splashes in every leaf is unreal especially the striking hot pink over green and white. Calathea Roseopicta is the rose of all the Calatheas. Its beauty can compete with flowers!

Care Tips: 

Ensure your environment has high humidity with no direct sun light. Most importantly the plant should be watered with soft water only, free from calcium carbonate and other minerals found in many urban water sources. Grouping Calatheas will help achieve the correct humidity along with an attentive watering routine.

Calatheas are not poisonous which means it’s pet friendly (non toxic to cats and dogs).

Light: bright, indirect light

Water: generously in spring/summer, much less in autumn/winter, water should be room temperature and soft

Humidity: High

Soil: well draining

This plant is about 35cm tall and comes in a nursery plastic pot size 12cm.
