We always send your plants & pots to you on a next day delivery service so the plants spend the least amount of time waiting for their new plant parent. Shipping will be done by a third party courier. Once they leave our studio, you will receive a notification via whatsapp or email from our delivery partner so you can track your parcel.
Please still do allow for 2-7 days for your order to arrive to your door. We are processing orders as quickly as possible, while maintaining quality of assurance in our packing procedure, and we aim to send your order to you sooner than this if we can. If the plant is not available, we will notify you in advance.
Delivery Fee in Dubai will be a flat rate of AED 20 except for plants above 150cm. A certain additional shipping fee applies.
We deliver to all other Emirates within 3-10 days. We will notify you in advance if we cannot deliver to your area.
Abu Dhabi and Al Ain - AED 50 except for plants above 150cm. A certain additional shipping fee applies.
Ras Al Khaima, Fujairah, Sharjah, Umm Al Qwain, Ajman - AED 35 except for plants above 150cm. A certain additional shipping fee applies.
Tracking Your Parcel:
Our delivery partner will call you on the day of your delivery, and the opportunity to leave instructions for the courier via whatsapp- such as "leave in a safe place" or "leave at my door".
We recommend always for you to contact us ahead if there will be changes in the delivery date or preference to ensure that your plant is not returned to us or left in the box longer than it needs to be considering the weather in the UAE. Plant Studio cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe space.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Returns & Damages:
Plants and pots are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our efforts. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and include your order number, a photograph of the damage and we'll take care of you. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer a replacement. Due to the fragile nature of the plant, some imperfections are inevitable and can be caused by transport and handling.
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages. As with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website may differ slightly to the one delivered since there may be some natural variation to the plant as every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal.
If you are looking to return your pot, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. We accept returns within 3 days of receipt only if the plants are dead or the wrong product. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know if you’re returning the item and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item in the condition we sent it out. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Please keep the proof of delivery receipt.
