Light & Placement

• Needs full sun — at least 6–8 hours daily.

• For indoors - very bright spot (like a south-facing window or sunroom).

💧 Watering

• Let soil dry between waterings — avoid waterlogging.

🌱 Soil & Potting

• Well-drained, sandy or loamy soil.

• If potted: use a container with drainage holes + a mix of potting soil and sand/perlite.

• Avoid heavy clay or soggy ground.

✂️ Pruning

• Best done in early spring before growth starts.

• Remove dead, diseased, or crossing branches.

• Keep canopy open so light and air reach the center.
  

🍊 Feeding

• Apply a balanced fertilizer (NPK) in spring and early summer.

• Add compost or well-rotted manure around the base (not touching the trunk).

• Extra potassium encourages fruiting.
