🌞 Light

• Prefers bright, indirect light.

• It can handle some direct morning sunlight, but be careful with harsh afternoon rays, as it can scorch the leaves.

• Low light will cause slow growth and can lead to leggy stems.

💧 Watering

• Keep the soil slightly moist but never soggy.

• Let the top 1–2 inches of soil dry out before watering.

• Water thoroughly, but make sure excess water drains well from the pot.

• Avoid letting the plant sit in standing water, as it can lead to root rot.

🌬️ Humidity

• Alocasia Batwing loves high humidity (50–70%).

• Using a humidifier will also benefit the plant.

🌡️ Temperature

• Ideally, it thrives in 65–80°F (18–27°C).

🌱 Soil

• Like most Alocasias, well-draining soil is a must.

  • A good mix: 1 part potting soil, 1 part perlite, and 1 part orchid bark.

• The soil should remain moist but not waterlogged.

🌿 Fertilizing

• During the growing season (spring through summer), fertilize once a month with a balanced liquid fertilizer.

• You can also use a slow-release fertilizer if you prefer.
