Light

  • Bright, indirect light is ideal.

  • Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the velvety leaves.

  • Can tolerate lower light but will grow slower.

Watering

  • Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry.

  • Keep soil slightly moist but never soggy.

  • Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot.

Humidity

  • Loves high humidity (60–80% is ideal).

  • Use a humidifier, pebble tray, or place in a greenhouse cabinet if indoors.

  • Mist lightly or use LECA/hydro setups for advanced care.

Temperature

  • Prefers 65–80°F (18–27°C)

Soil

  • Use a chunky, well-draining mix:

    • Orchid bark

    • Perlite or pumice
